Golf on the auld sod |

Another golf
tour in Scotland, you say?
That’s a disheartening attitude. We have a different way of
looking at things, and a different way of showing you what
there is to see. It’s the home of golf, you know.
World-class courses, built by the sea (and by the sea),
snuggle up to the walls of medieval towns, forever weaving
the game into the fabric of the town. Why, then, would one
willingly choose to live like a tourist, squeezed into coach
buses and pubs?
With us, you’ll still rest your head in the guest rooms of
the finest hotels, be they modern establishments in Glasgow
or Edinburgh or restored Baronial-style relics in the
burghs. You’ll still take your divots from the classics soil
of St. Andrews, Machrihanish and East Lothian, as well as
some modern ones in Castle Stuart. But how to see the rest
of Scotland?
With our bespoke travel expertise, you get to write the
book. Want to pull some trout from the fast, rocky rivers
and lochs of the Highlands? Bring your cast and fly and
we’ll take care of the rest. If your palette is more suited
to the warming variations of whiskey produced in the region,
we can arrange a private tour with your favourite distiller.
And if food is your thing, let’s pass on the haggis and head
to a private smokehouse, for cured salmons, trout and cod
fresh from a week’s quarantine in a brick kiln smoker in the
shadows of Ben Nevis. We can even hike this UK summit before
lunch if you’d prefer to earn your indulgences. |
